Delivery

Our objective at Four Hearts is to provide our customers with the fastest, most cost effective and efficient service we can provide. Uppermost in our mind is that the ‘Friends of Four Hearts’ are completely happy and satisfied with the service we provide both online and in-store.

Orders are dispatched on Monday-Friday during business hours. Should you order on a public holiday your order will be process on the following business day. All clothing purchases will be sent via an Australia Post Express Satchel which should arrive within 1-3 days in most areas. If however you live outside the major metropolitan areas within Australia it may take anywhere up to 7 to 14 days to arrive.

All gift ware will be sent via Australia post or in some cases a courier service depending on which service is the most cost effective for the customer.

Please be aware that our website operates 24 hours a day. If you have purchased on line prior or in between our stock updates and stock availability updates and we are unable to fulfill your order immediately, we will contact you with details about what we can provide for you and in what time frame. If we cannot supply your order at all we will gladly refund your money immediately.

If for any reason your purchase does not arrive within an appropriate time frame please contact us either by phone, email or through our website with your order details and we will investigate immediately and get back to you as soon as possible. One of the staff members will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with an update on your purchase location.

Cost of delivery is a flat rate of $10.00 within Australia.International purchases incur a flat rate of $25.00 

SIZING

The sizing charts are for your convenience and is an attempt by us to ensure you get your the most pleasure from your purchase at Four Hearts. Please be aware the charts are only a guide. Some of our labels do not supply meausrement tables for their clothes. It is our experience in store ,that these labels conform to standard Australian sizing.

Please be aware you have nothing to fear.If you purchase clotthing from Four Hearts providing you return the product to us within 7 days of receiving your goods and it is in a saleable condition as outlined in our returns policy, Four Hearts will refund your money. ( Does not include giftware-refer to returns policy for information on giftware)

FINDERS KEEPERS THE LABEL-Finders does not supply sizing charts .We have found that in general their sizing conforms to the norm.

LADY PETROVA- Does notsupply clothing charts.we have found her sizing to be very small.
