The mechanism for payment of products sold at Four Hearts -online is PAYPAL.PAYPAL is a recognised world leader in ensuring safe online transaction providing maximum protection for both the customer and the retailer.If you are unfamiliar with PAYPAL or you do not have an existing account with PAYPAL you can find out more information by going to https://www.paypal.com.
PayPal encrypts your sensitive financial information so the only person who can see it is you.Your purchases are also protected. If there's a problem with your order or someone uses your account without permission, PAYPAL can help to make things right
Once you have a PAYPAL account set up you can then use your Visa,Mastercard or Bankcard to purchase your goods.
All fashion wear is despatched to Australian postcodes only as free freight (THIS DOES NOT INCLLUDE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES INCUR A FLAT FREIGHT CHARGE OF $25.00.)
All other purchases other than fashion incur a flat freight charge of $10.00.
All International purchases incur a $25.00 freight charge including fashion products.
If you live locally you may also nominate to pick the purchases up in person at the Four Hearts store front.

Returns Policy.
Four Hearts has provided our customers with size charts of all our designer clothing labels. These charts have been supplied to us directly by the designer.They should be used as a guide only. Please refer to these charts when choosing your preferred size for any clothing purchase. They have been provided for your convenience with the hope that when you receive your beautiful garment you are completely satisfied and ready to walk the red carpet immediately.
If you receive a clothing product that does not fit perfectly we will be happy to exchange your garment for another size more suited if that is what you want or we will refund your money for the garment once the product is received and the Four Hearts Management have accessed that the product is in saleable condition. Unmarked,unworn and tags still in place and the product is received back to Four Hearts within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.Please email the store prior to returning the article.
For purchases of giftware that the customer is wanting to return Four Hearts is happy to exchange the product for another or issue you with a correct note .No refund will be made for an incorrect choice.Same conditions apply as with clothing.Product must be in a saleable condition .That is unused and boxing if any is in tact.The product must be a saleable condition.

Please note that prior to dispatch all clothing and giftware is thoroughly checked and assessed by a team member at Four Hearts. In order for a purchase to be exchanged it must be returned in its’ original condition, with its’ original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition. All garments must be returned with tags in place, unwashed and unworn. All returned items will be assessed by a member from the Four Hearts team and if it is our view the product has been used , worn or damaged in any way or the packaging is unusable a refund or exchange will not be given.
All returns on either clothing or giftware must be made within 7 days.
If you intend to return an item please contact us via phone, email or through our website prior to posting it back to us.
The item must be sent back to Four Hearts either by registered post or some other trackable form of postage. For example: Courier Service.
The cost of the return postage on the item whether it be clothing or giftware is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of gift ware returns if a re-delivery is required due to a change of mind, a member from the Four Hearts team will contact you prior to postage with the cost details.
Please consider the method of posting and packing your return when sending it back to us as Four Hearts will not take any responsibility for products damaged in transit on the return trip.
If a product is faulty we will be happy to exchange, replace or repair the good or in the case of clothing your money will be refunded if the product doesn't fit correctly.
The only situation where Four Hearts will provide the re-delivery charge on returns is where the wrong item has been sent or the item is flawed.
Please be Aware ! There is no exchange or return on sale items. Once the purchase has been processed the sale is final.
